Could be a stupid question, but if i downloaded this could i use other nations and other teams etc? ^^

Dont know - i would presume you could add a league to make it playable (would have to holiday til end of season) but i have never tried it so cant be 100% sure. When you download only Spain is playable with top division of Scotland, England, Italy, Portugal, Germany, France and Holland as view only
