Depends on what kind of team you're playing, Zyphen had success with his tweak its a 5-2-3, won PL with that.
Bigger teams i would reccomend original with MessLeo tweaks or the mod version i used with Man City, it offers a lil different approach, perhaps that one if you're looking for having the maximum possible goals from one striker..

After you download it just put it in your filters folder, default should be: C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\filters

If you're on a pc atleast :)
 
Btw the Real game won me the league, they're not happy in Madrid :P
 
had nothing but injuries since changing to this tactic ... :S
