Hi started using this for my long term United save really impressive. i decided to give it a go with Leicester in the prem, at home its amazing so far ive beat Arsenal and Southampton and put 5 past them in each game. im struggling away from home 2-0 to newcastle and 6-0 to chelsea (yes i know its chelsea but i had just beaten arsenal) any tips or tweaks for away games. ive only played a handful of games tactic is at the accomplished stage. ive made no signings aswell.

Yes, you'll get better results at home with this tac, as shown by the home/away table in post#1. I guess its too early to claim anything but im seeing better results using vurbul's tip from post#224 All ive done is untick the "get stuck in", im more happy with how my team operate now, but its only been three away games (one at the Emirates) so its a lil early.. #fingerscrossed
 
i did a couple of my owns tweaks for my next away game at swansea won 4-2 and had player sent off after 22 mins, since unticked get stuck in.
 
got man city away after international break should be fun lol not expecting to win with my tweaks but hope to be abit more competetive than the chelsea game.
 
This is our first year back in the top league of Norway. We've played 14, won 13, lost zero. We've scored 41 goals. 41 in 14 games! We've conceded 3. Yes, 3 goals. That's it. In 14 games. This tactic is absolutely mental.

How the... do you learn them long bullet throws? Can seem to learn them anything else than "Use for counter" throws

As far as classic mode goes there is no restrictions, any player can learn that PPM, its under technique category..

Its restricted in full mode. Another question, do I need to alter the throwin routine to make them handle close ones as corner or will the automatically do that, if they hace the ppm?

Ahh, bummer :(

No need to change anything, with the PPM in place the magic will happen in the final third :)
 
Okay, you have to make sure you check the box for throw-ins short, on the original tactic, nothing is checked. Put your highest throw-in taker on both sides. My guys aren't good enough to train for long-bullet throws, so if you can do that, you'll score even more. Then set them up like this (same for throw-in left and throw-in right). Every one MUST have their box checked and set to this. You want them to follow your instructions, no matter what.

I'm trying to go back and compare individual player instructions to see what else I tweaked too - will post that soon.

We've now played 17 league games and have given up 5 goals :( But we've scored 50 :P So it works out well.
