Yes. I've tried all the top tactics on this forum (ChristianEriksen's v19, EXECUTIONER, bad possession etc) and nothing come close to this.
It is ridiculously good. My first season with AS Monaco I won the domestic league title and the Champions League. I made no transfers and my main strikeforce was Berbatov-Martial-Germain (which is pretty weak compared to what should be expected from a CL-winning team). Second season won everything as well, but not in style because I bought so many new players, offloaded like 7 in with 8 new (all French); so the first half of the season was plagued by random draws and losses. Third season in however (with only the signing of a new goalkeeper), I'm undefeated in every single game with the young Anthony Martial breaking the goalscoring league record, I'l see if I can upload some screenshots later.
The only downside of the tactic is that more than often you'll win thanks to the corner exploit. Like the CL-final I recently won; Madrid dominated the game and scored 1 goal, my team scored 2 from corners. But hey, I don't mind as long as it doesn't happen every game.
EDIT: To be fair, it might be worth mentioning that some of my success has come from the throw-in exploit as well. There has been more than a few games where Kurzawa (the young Monaco LB) has won me a few points thanks to his ability to do those bullet-throw-ins.
EDIT 2: Oh yeah, the mod-tweak is also very good, your main striker will obviously score more because he's been converted to an advanced forward; but for some weird reason my players get injured every 2nd. game with that tactic, like literally every 2nd. game. By browsing a few pages back you can see there's another user complaining about the same thing, it must be the playing style or instructions in the "mod" tweak that does this to the players. OR it can be the club facilities, I don't know. Took me two years to upgrade the training facilities of AS Monaco to become top tier.
