Hi Vujevic, what are your criteria for good players in the Picasso tactic? I'm watching your videos and read this thread and I found

central defenders: concentration and speed
defensive midfielders: work rate and tackling
strikers: speed and strength

are there other things too? does height matter?

I use this chief. Someone in China iirc tested thousands of games on formations (just zaz, possibly) amd found those attributes key for each formations.

I thought pace spamming just belonged in domain of fifa soccer, never imagined its the meta in fm too apparently!!!

I am curently on job in argentina so i dont have so much time for actual testing



I done final testing of my Target man tactic with Bournemouth,no transfers no staff changes with small database!

We won instant title even Moore was out for last 3 months!

I used OI every game against two opponent midfielders!

Almost all test was done live on my twich!

If you need to score push defensive line to much higher(change roles of defenders on cover) and if you want change mentality to atacking.

If you get red card remove advanced forward(still not sure is that best option)

I also used this tactic with my ongoing Schalke you tube carrier we won triple in s2 including CL!

So to confirm you don't religiously stick to cd attacking near post , or any role in corner routine config/setup screen?

If you have excellent in air striker or whatever position, you'll move them to near post instead of a cd?

Didn't know how particular fm is about positions on routinrs. Considering people used to say routines are (somewhat bizarrely) actually linked to formations... amd outcomes effected by that more than player attributes. Not sure how true, but that theory seemed to be bandied around on forums a fair amount...

Nice! Bournemouth are my team. Moore is a right handful (in game] despite very mediocre attributes (beyond aerial). Dread to think how effective a proper good target man could be in fm23.

Finnalll question.... Which opposition instructions are you setting? Just downloaded tactic - don't appear to be any, and I can#t see any in previous 5 pages of this thread? New modern target men TEST2.fmf file
