Your team looks very good you should not have big problems so probably you managment is not great so try also to speak with players who doesn't play good after game by warning them to lose first place and things like that,use OI react when you see that your game plan is not good,so many thinks mate,it's not just about tactic

You should fight for top 4 but it's hard when you lose some games in row,try to criticise players,and even discipline them after bad game,that helps and I use it always

started as OHL med pred 12... only playing 2 games a day, watching extended highlists.... yes no instant result for change hehe

Maybe you need to use cautius in away games or atleast start like that

i cant see what formation u use but i recommend change the 2 cb to stoppers and make the libero cd stopper

Update Season 2 Palermo Project
Spended last night and today half a day searching and trying to build complete new team for this season with 1.2 M budget after promotion
After selling all the players I had in season one, I was actually managed to make very high potencial team but still very young,so maybe I will not be able to achive wonder results in this first season,but one thing is clear that future is bright in Palermo again, and history will be made,It is just question of the time!
Who will be next Cavani,Miccoli,Dybala,Ilicic,Pastore,Balzaretti.. future will show
