I play Paris FC, 2nd french league.
I joined the team at the end of the season to help save the club from relegation. I used to use Picasso with Brazilian flavor tactics all the time and everything was ok, now that I started a new season the tactics don't work at all, I can't win any matches, the staff is the same, the lineup is also the same, in almost every match I have an advantage and I still lose, tried to give a more cautious mentality and move the defensive line back deeper, any advice?

I received few different saves from people and I must say I am shocked with their mistakes.
central defenders with low speed and low concentrations are used.
strikers who don't have speed or pyschicality are used.
defensive mid players who don't have work rate or tackling are used.
people play with key highlight's what sucks badly
people have big squads where they have many players for same position and all have low morale because they canot play
people use assistant managers with low motivation
