Jumping, heading, aggression?
And ofc acceleration and pace is always good.
Strenght finishing composure

Do you always try and use a left footer for the TM? I currently have a choice at Mallorca (your Vellecano save inspired me once again!) between Muriqi, Beljo or Beto (I would need to sell Muriqi to buy Beto).Strenght finishing composure

Also, how do people manage with all the compulsory release clauses in Spain? I mean I obviously try to raise them as high as possible but often the player doesn't accept much of an increase. Worried I'm going to lose all my great players!
left foot is not required but it is nice if his weaker foot is at least reasonable
