For set pieces all credits to CSGT-Kane , and for OIs all credits to DeliciousStory.

Extra tip for OIs, you can add show on to foot in wingers if you want, but it is match situational (i don't use it), for example if they play with opposite foot, show on to weak foot so they have harder time cutting inside, if they play same side-same foot i leave it as it is, i don't bother with them crossing.

what were the tweaks, as ive downloaded the 4231 Vifs file and it doesnt show in my tactics folder

I use full backs, low crosses and change some other PI/TI, nothing major
