I suggest just using the ones @vujevic uses mate. If you copy his tactics, OI's and follow his videos on youtube for building the teams with the correct players, then you cannot fail.

Yea big guy can play as F9,esposito play good in that role

I am still trying some things like team instruction to be more disciplined and dm on defend
