I use like this

I sugest you use the 3 tactics what I using with Sheffild.

For Atalanta use 3 5 2 wuth two cm on atack at home.

352 with one cm on defend for away.

361 in away against strongest team in Cl

Yeah the new 352 tactic is really good. And i like it because both strikers score really good!
In fm forums is full of 1 striker tactic (4231) or strikerless tactics (not realistic at all).
Our man @vujevic is the best for 2 strikers working tactics!

Yeah i also use this approach.
Only one thing i have different is that Strikerless and Strikerless-D tactic are really similar, the only difference is the second cm in attack or in defence.
So i dont waste 1 slot for the Strikerless-D tactic and i change manually the second cm when needed.
So i have 1 slot for for a more offensive tactic (to use when you cant score).
And i use the Vujevic-n.10 tactic!

So first slot: "Vujevic against Strikerless", second slot "Vujevic n.10", third slot "Vujevic against strikerless 361".
First is the main tactic, second when i need to score (usually is hard to start with the n. 10 tactic but is better to use it during the match), third in hard match away.

Played more than one season with the tactics

It's possible that the match engine adapted to your playstile.
Or its also possible you dont have right players for the tactic.
I think key roles for the tactics are: libero, wingbacks, advanced mid and at least 1 good and fast striker.
If you have bad players in those roles tactic maybe dont work good!
