Are the 352 tactics in the opening post still for the latest patch, sorry for maybe missing a comment where this has been confirmed I’m going to start a Newcastle save and not stop until world domination woahahaha

Yeah the new 352 tactic is really good. And i like it because both strikers score really good!
In fm forums is full of 1 striker tactic (4231) or strikerless tactics (not realistic at all).
Our man @vujevic is the best for 2 strikers working tactics!

Only one thing i have different is that Strikerless and Strikerless-D tactic are really similar, the only difference is the second cm in attack or in defence.
So i dont waste 1 slot for the Strikerless-D tactic and i change manually the second cm when needed.
So i have 1 slot for for a more offensive tactic (to use when you cant score).
And i use the Vujevic-n.10 tactic!

FM21 Tactic: 3-5-2 No 10 by Vujevic | FM Scout
My standard FM 2021 tactic with 3 at back what helped to win me instant title with Benevento in first season!
First is the main tactic, second when i need to score (usually is hard to start with the n. 10 tactic but is better to use it during the match), third in hard match away.
It's possible that the match engine adapted to your playstile.
Or its also possible you dont have right players for the tactic.
I think key roles for the tactics are: libero, wingbacks, advanced mid and at least 1 good and fast striker.
If you have bad players in those roles tactic maybe dont work good!
