Now the questions arises.. do I stay or do I go??

I'd like to manage him and see the W4NKER Stadium open in a years time but there is little else to achieve with Altrincham.

Hamburg have offered me a job which would see me resume the Champions League Challenge so I might leave. What do you all think?

Sure I can always sign WEE W4NKER later in the game anyway​
 
I'd say go for a team in Belgium or Denmark like Kobenhavn or Club Brugge

stay with Altrincham until your son retires after playing his whole career for them and then hire him as your assistant

also, even though the possibility of this happening is from what i read on si forums is very low, you can also wait for your son's son to be born in the game and then manage him also for his whole career in altrincham and then have two assistants, your son and grandson

i'm sure by the year 2070 there is no problem with being immortal so you'll manage

i think that'd be something that nobody ever done before in fm ;d

might have got carried away a bit

Think I will leave for Hamburg and resume the Champions League challenge. In two spells at Altrincham I have managed them for 26 seasons which is more than enough :D

Maybe I will return one day.

Before I go I have signed WEE W4NKER to a new contract. Wanted 12k a week aged 15 the wee money grabbing b*****d!!

I will sign and manage him soon but will post reports on how his career is progressing (and if he has any children. It is also possible that I can have another one which for a 71 year old man is quite an achievement in the bedroom!)

Different tactics for different patches. Too many to name them all but my own tactics (used at the very start of the career and in the most recent 2083/84 season), xPers, Callamitys, some of Jassars, tested a few from SI forums and the Steam Workshop.

More important than ever on this FM than any other it really is picking a tactic that best suits your team and players. Sadly the day of plug and playing one single tactics for every team in every season is gone.

Back to the Champions League challenge and we are in Germany with Hamburg who won the CL in 1983. They have been relegated and promoted twice in the last 5 years so alot of work needing done before we can even consider winning Europe's biggest prize again.

An utterly fantastic season!!

Media prediction of 16th but we far far exceeded those and were even right in the title race up until the final couple of months.

Champions League football already! So increased finances will mean a better team but don't be expecting immediate CL glory as our squad is still quite poor.

Only one substitute appearance for WEE but he is only 16. Some improvements in his stats already so big things can be expected of him very soon.

"Save Game Could Not Be Loaded"

!!!!

Something has happened during my last save or since the game updated to 14.2.2.

My last backup save was just before I resigned from Altrincham in June 2084 so Euro 2084 and season 2084/85 and half of 2085/86 with HSV is lost!!

If you go into your games folder and right click the save then properties, then restore previous versions.

You should have some version of it returned
