Wampley's Tactics for 14.3.1

Hi mates,
I update the post to take you the 3 tactics i use this year. Two of them are based in my own tactics for FM13, and the last one is based in 'Back to basics' by andrichbrand. Thanks, mate.

Leave OIs to *** Man
Training: Team cohesion and only tactics - Preseason
Balanced and defensive - Season

Player attributes:
This tactic demands perfect training regime in fitness, hire the best physio/coaching fitness staff.
Aavoid using any kind/type of slow player. Less move, more time for the opponent to push up and to hit on the counter.

Tactic must be fully fluid to work, cause is a very agressive and totally teamworked tactic. Don't test only a few games and post that doesn't work... Let it go for mid season, please.

With this tactic win 2 cups and a league cup with Olhanense,
and an amazing treble with Schalke 04!!

Super agressive high pression tactic.

New version of the past year tac. Amazing result with Academica (pred. 9th)
And win the Portugal Cup and League Cup!

Players


GK - A decent keeper, nothing special.

CWB/L/R- With great stamina and good attack skills

CB - Tall and strong, good old school CBs, half decent pace.

BWM - Your defensive CM, pure defensive skills and good passing.

DLP - This guy is the creative of the MCs duo. But needs some defensive skills.

AMC - Central one needs to be more creative. The wing duo arrive at attack positions and sting as bees |)

DLF - This boy support the AMCs (look SS, my striker is team top assistant), good finisher, a bit creative.

In the OP i say balanced and defensive, but i tend to rotate (offensive if we can't score enough, set pieces if we concede a lot...)
Really, it depends on you.

And individual training, i train every player in the position wich plays or leave *** man.
 
Has anyone tried it already?

One thing that I do is combine it with the stunning BLITZ of Tylerbode at home and use this in the away games, cause i think it works better away than at home... i don't know why

I always play with underdogs... :)

I think Bumblebee is more solid defensively, look at my first game:

Maritimo is better team than us, and no shoots...

By the way, i forgot. It's important corner taker is the DLP.
