What approach suits my team / I need a Tactic

Hi , this is my team so far and Javier Pastore is going to join me and the winter transfer season. I want Dzeko , Hernandez , Hazard , Pastore and Henrique on the first 11. Ty.
 
Cant seem to get it right, second season, promoted via playoffs in 1st season, spent quite abit on the squad in summer but cant get tactics right.
 
Hi guys, i'm liverpool at the moment and i wondered if someone could suggest a really attacking tactic, that creates lots of chances. I would prefer a 4-5-1 but it doesn't matter if its not. Thanks in advance :)
 
Hi all I need some help for newcastle 1st season. Andy Carroll is one of the best players I have at the moment and I am trying to play a wing formation which allows jonas and routledge to bomb down the byline and put in crosses for carroll to score with a header. However, I am finding this hard to do as my wingers simply don't seem to want to do that and Carroll always seems to get the ball to his feet which I don't want.

My formation:

FB: Full back /Attack: Rafael (on loan)
CB: Centre back/ defend: Fazio
CB: Centre back/ defend: Coloccini
FB: Full back /Attack: Enrique
DM: Defensive midfielder/ defend: Annan
CM: Ball winning midfielder / support: Barton
AMC: Advanced playmaker/ attack: Ben Arfa
AML: Winger/ attack: Jonas
AMR: Winger/attack: Routledge
ST: Target man/ attack: Carroll

Philosophy: Fluid
Strategy: Attack
Pass style: Default
Creativity: Default
Close down: Press more
Tackle: More aggressive
Marking: Zonal
Crossing: Float
Roaming: Roam more

Playmaker: Ben arfa
Target man: Carroll
Ball to head to: Carroll

I would like help on how to improve my tactic to get Carroll to score with his head more. My cross completion is pretty low.
 
Hi, I am currently playing as liverpool in my first season.

I have Torres, Llorente and Neymar, but I don't know how to accomodate them. I have 5 good cm's e.g. Gerrard, Poli, but no very good wingers.

I was thinking 4-3-3 but neither Torres or Llorente are able to play on the wing.

I would be very grateful for any suggestions. cheers
 
PLZ PLZ Can some1 tell me what for Tactics should i play for palermo...??? i have Eden hazard and pastore :D want the best from them.....
 
want a tactic that i can take to each team with me and build around it a good plug and play one download link would be good! :d

That would depend on the level you are playing at. Is it with good teams or a **** ones ( read top level or in the lower leagues of Norway)

hi i managed newcaslte for a season and got 17 goals out of carroll i played most of the time as a lone striker as and advamced forward and in the advanced setting i made his mentaity attacking to the max and closing down to the max and creative freedom about 3/4 to the max and told him to hold up the ball!! worked well and got my team to finish 6th in the league and fa cup semi finals sadly i lost to spurs|!! now i manage man city what a relief to be away from newcastle there a difficult team to manage good luck!!! ps leon best plays well with carroll should u decide to play 442

thanks for the feedback! I was going to change carroll to an advanced forward like you said but i decided to stick with target man. after scoring 1 goal in 6 games with carroll and me lying 15th in the league, carroll suddenly became good and scored 7 in 5 including a hat trick against aston villa. I guess i just needed to give him some time to get some form. i am currently 8th and looking to go further up the table now. I will take your opinion into account and i might try advanced forward for him like you said when i'm playing a 442 against a weaker opposition.
 
Hello there I am new here. Played manager games since good old cmITA! :)

I've just begun my season two as Liverpool, and I've done better after I first started to read through some guides I found. Ended up at 4th position last season, and I've just started my second season.

Torres is a complete forward, Lukaku is target man.
Jovetic is inside forward, Lucas is ball winning, Gerrard is box to box, and Modric is winger.
Wilson is full back, Shawcross and Agger is central defenders and Cassini is a wing back.

Most of the choices for roles are obvious, but there are some areas I'm not that sure of. Gerrard does well for me as a box to box midfielder, as he is quite good defensive and he has the physical stats to move up and down after the ball. I put his mentality to very offensive as I want him to focus on being the offensive link. However I've read through some guides and threads and the general idea is that you'd want a player like him as deep lying playmaker or offensive playmaker.

Lastly I'm not sure if I have the correct D/M (LR) setup. I've just recently learned that I should have a wing back behind the inside forward, but I've chosen to keep Wilson a bit more back as he doesn't have the stats to be an offensive wing back (yet, hopefully). I don't really have a proper wing back replacement for him either. I'm also not quite sure if I'm utilizing both Modric and Jovetic correctly, and which one is best suited for the inside winger role and what the other one should be.

From what I've read this is ideal, and the reasoning behind it looked solid. Didn't come up with this. In the advanced settings I only have counter attack checked on.

What do you guys think?

I AM IN FEBUARY 1ST SEASON (2011) TACTIC HAS BEEN WORKING OK BUT STARTED GETTING BEAT LAST COUPLE GAMES AND HAVE SOME BIG EUROPEAN MATCHES COMING UP. ANY HELP APPRECIATEDXD
 
Hello. I want to ask about forwards. I'm playng a 4123 and my forwards have the ball often but they missing 80 % of their oportunities. They can go 1 on 1 with the goalkeeper like 10 times per game but they missing. PLease reply
 
Currently in my first season, just started, i am using the Goals Galore tactic with Monaco in Ligue 1.
Can't win at all and im extremely confused at my teams inability to convert the mounds of chances and conceding the softest goals imaginable.

Hi, I'm in need of a lot of help with Leeds. They seem a fairly capable team on paper but I'm languishing in 21st after 10 games. Can anyone point me to any good tactics, players or staff for this team? I'm using one of the goals tactics downloaded from here at the moment - 5-0 friendlies, then crash and burn when the season kicks off.

Any tips or advice anyone?
