What approach suits my team / I need a Tactic

I would probably go with JP Woodys "Highscoring 4231". Look at all the settings to learn about the approach and then play some competitive matches in full mode. This way, you learn about tactics, not just using them as plug & play

Transfer wise, i would start buying classy youth, as you have a first team that can handle most, start buying players to slip into starting lineup as subs. Hazard, wilshire, ramsey, pastore, neymar etc etc

mate it could be more to do with the quality of chances they are getting, out of interest in a game you score none, how many shots did you get?

Thinking of making a Newcastle save and was just wondering what you think is the best tactic for them, and how to get the best out of Barton and Nolan?

Actually yes they are. I always get that bit of commentary saying *** did so well until the finish...
 
Can anyone help me with a tactic for West Ham?

Need guidance on how to play;

Scott Parker, Demba Ba, Carlton Cole, Picquionne, Hitzlsberger.

I'm managing Crystal Palace and have played 6 games of my first season and have drawn 3 and lost 3. Any tactical advice? Here's my players:

I'm barcelona and I might have screwed up my tactic. I have:
GK: Valdes
WB: Vidal, Dani Alves, Abidal, Maxwell, Adriano
CB: Puyol, Pique, Boyata, Milito, Muniesa
DM: Mascherano, Busquets, Keita
CM: Xavi, Iniesta, Fabregas, Thiago, Dzagoev
AM: Messi, Pedro, Afellay
ST: Villa, Pato, Bojan

It's still the summer of the second season so I have time to buy and sell players if I need to. Probs gonna sell Bojan, Busquets and Abidal. But I want to play 4 back, Fabregas, Xavi, Iniesta, Mascherano in mid, Messi and Pedro on the wings, and Villa up top. Too bad thats 12 players. What do I do?

i have just entered my last six games of the season unbeaten. ive now got to play lyon, liverpool, lyon(2nd leg), chelsea,man city. i have gone over 100 league games unbeaten but have had problems winning recently- 1-1 with man u, 1-1 with spurs, 1-1 with wolves. i play 4-3-3 like barca and cant pick up a win anywhere now, no matter how much i change tactics
 
I just started playing with Valencia and I have some ideas for my tactic, but I can't decide between them. I want to decide between: 4-2-4, 4-2-3-1 and 4-3-3. What do you think suits Valencia best? I haven't done a transfer until now, so I have every option open. I want to take most out of Mata, Soldado and Banega.

Won against Real Madrid with my own tactic but loosing 0-2 to manu 0-0 with tottenham 0-2 with westham 2-2 with fulham ... something isn't just working best kind of formation and player roling so I tweak them then :)

Want to play a possetion 4-2-4 not sure what it's called but normal 4-4-2 with AML/AMR with canales and ramsey as my main CM's. heres screenies of my regens who are good enough for my first team

I am Sheff Wednesday in 2014 and I am languishing in the championship, I have finished mid table for the last 2 seasons and my form has been so incosistent!

I am tried the jorge_jesus style tactic which worked for a while but I just don't score enough goals at the moment!
