Completely agree....album is quite good.....probs 6 or 7/10....whereas silent alarm is 10/10.......best songs after 1 listen were Halo, Trojan Horse and Ion Square

New Metallica albums floating about, Ive listened to first 2 tracks, sounded pretty good but Hetfields voice is **** now (prob not news to proper Metallica fans but Ive only heard Black Album & Master of Puppets)


Been listening to a lot of Interpol recently as well, im always usallys listening but just a song here and there but been paying Turn on the Bright Lights constantly, such a great album.

I've not bothered to look for it because I've got it pre-ordered, but I've also heard three songs and quite like them all. Well, I ****** love The Day That Never comes and My Apocalypse. Can't wait to hear them all.

Hetfield's voice has changed a little bit but I'd still let him sing for me all day long. I love the man. :wub:

Btw Greg if you wanted any of the Metallica albums, I've only got them all...
