Leicester's progress will return after New Years, once I have access to the file again. Have a good one folks!

So, with our new signings in, how does that shape our line-up for the forseeable future?

Keeper:

Schmeichel is practically guaranteed a starting spot when fit, Hamer is not up to the task. Schmeichel should be with us for the long haul, unless we find a ridiculous deal for a keeper, so we will play him when available.

Most Likely: Schmeichel

Defence:

We've made a few additional purchases for our defence this year, and we have more options capable at this level than we did previously.

At right back, Richie De Laet looks set to pip Danny Simpson to the post, I find De Laet to be slightly more reliable out of the two. Simpson is a very handy rotation option though, and will most likely play a fair amount of games this season.

Our first choice centre backs when fit are Liam Moore, and A.N Other. We will need to build around Liam Moore for the future as well as him being our best current defender, and with our injury problems, Alex Pearce will partner him. With Souttar and McGhee back next season though, there will be even bigger problems deciding next season.

Left back is comparatively simple, Luke Garbutt will start there. Schlupp I see more as an attacking player, and I don't trust Konchesky. Garbutt has plenty of potential as well; we will need to nurture it.

Most Likely: De Laet, Moore, Pearce, Garbutt

Midfielders and striker to follow shortly.

Next up, it's the midfield.

Midfielders:

With two centre midfielders, we have three main candidates. Cambiasso is experienced, but aging, whereas Schmeidebach and Camacho are a lot younger, but are slightly more advanced up the pitch. With that in mind, Cambiasso and Camacho are the more likely pairing, but Schmeidebach, Drinkwater and James will all see plenty of game time.

The 3 behind the striker are a lot easier. Mahrez has made the RW slot his own, and is looking fairly safe. Anthony Knockaert is shifted to the centre as a result, but his performance in the QPR game suggests that he is more than capable. LW is slightly trickier, but Suso looks set to keep the role for now, with Schlupp playing a supporting role.

Most Likely: Cambiasso, Camacho; Mahrez, Knockaert, Suso.

Strikers:

Leicester have an abundance of strikers for only one spot on the pitch. The main competition is between Ulloa and Kramaric, with Nugent in hot pursuit. Kramaric is slightly ahead at this point, and his 3 goals against QPR really helped his cause. However, he does have the added bonus of being a winger if necessary, so there is no reason why they can't both be on the pitch.

Most Likely: Kramaric
