VOLANTE 14.3 from FMKOREA... It's also top rated tactic in that site. The second most popular tactic is ReadyGo3.0 its also good for others but VOLANTE is a beast. Its far best tactic in fm 2014 for me.

I am still using it in my Fenerbah?e save... Very good in attacking, not solid in defence but great.

This one, since the new patch I haven't lost a single game. Played 29 / Won 22 / Drawn 7. I'm Everton in the 3rd season, just won the league. Give it a try, its very solid at the back whilst good going forward.

EDIT: First game on patch 14.3 was after the Norwich defeat

There are so many good tactics out there that it's becoming hard to test them all and choose one. I wonder what is the tactic that can score the most goals over a season with a big team?

I think its like asking "What's the best song in the world?"

Because every team need different kind of tactics, and in new FM match engine "Plug&Play tactics" seems useless if u dont have top team. For example you can create many different and successful Tiki-Taka tactics with Barcelona. You can play 442, 352, 433, 451, 460 and different variations of this and get success.

But i think for this game standart tactics can be more likely for general usage. Like 442 or 4231...

For example i am using VOLANTE right now and this is the first succesful tactic for my FM 2014. But i cant play with it in "Plug&Play" . I have really lack of defensively coz of my paceless defenders. So i changed my DLP to HB for creating "defensive trio"... My forwards not well as a F9 right now so i can change it DLF sometimes...

So for this thread there have many good tactics, but every team need a tactic that fits it %100...

On FM korea I found also this tactic that got quite some attention: It is a 3-5-2 formation, I didnt try it out myself because of lack of time but it looks promising

I'm doing a great job with Dortmund using your tactics with some tweaks 14.3 patch ... just beat BAYERN 6-0 at home with 4-2-4 (L) and draw at camp nou 2-2 vs BARCELONA in CL

As always, provides solid results

Swapped after my loss home against Marseille 1-3. I had the tactic fully ready tho as I prepared it few months before hand ^^

Definitely love the gamestyle of the tactic (using 343R as always).
