What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

matteo Ardemagni of atalanta and Fabio Ceravolo of the same team (cervolo is like the most versitile striker on the game so im not sure where to play him)

formation i play is either 3 at the back or somthing with an anchor man

Well I started with barcelona on the demo and I can't decide where to play messi and what role to give him , he does have a rating of 6.8 for first 5 games and that's not at all good .plus i got barrios,neymar and villa which one of them should be in the center just infront of the goal and who should I play on the wings as inside forwards??

Neymar - AML Inside Forward
Messi - AMC Adv Playmaker
Pedro - AMR IF
Villa - Poacher

And play Dzeko as a Complete Forward
 
neymar ?! i want to play him forward, not like AML

Im playing as Arsenal and im using a 4-5-1. Van Persie is injured...like usual and Chamakh is my next best striker but ive tried him as an advanced forward and poacher with no success. I also have Alturo Vidal but im not sure how to get the best out of him, i thought box to box but it didnt work too well.

Kaka - Advanced Playmaker / Attacking Midfielder

Ozil - Advanced Playmaker / Attacking Midfielder

chamakh did well as a complete forward (attack) for me - but he wasted (like every striker i played in this demo so far) lots of one on ones.

Antonio Valencia - Winger - Attack (wing play hug touchline)
Nani - Winger - Attack (wing play cut inside)
Darren Fletcher - Centre mid - Defend
Paul Scholes - Deep lying playmaker - Support
Wayne Rooney - Advanced forward - Attack
Dimitar Berbatov - Deep lying forward - Support

Assuming your playing a 4-4-2 that is ;)
