What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

Ok so i am playing as Man utd and i bought giuliano who is a fantastic young player.

Now i play him in a 4-4-2 formation and usually on the right midfield role as a winger.He scored about 9 goals in 40 games first season with an average rating of 7.05 which isn't terrible and maybe he is young and taking a while to get used to the premier league, his stats are now amazing but is there maybe a better position to play him in.I retrained him to both wings so he is versatile but maybe he is suited more to CM.

Sorry don't have screenshots but maybe any info would be great as i wanna build my team around him.
 
Could you please help, and tell me the best roles for Daniel Kofi Agyei and Tinga please!! Thank you

Just managed to land Dzeko and Busquetes on a free so Im just wondering if you guy's could help me how to play Busquetes mainly cause I want him first team week in week out !!!
