I cant tell you much about the player roles but an Anchor man is a player that will sit in front of the back four and try and break up play.He can also in some cases act as the 3 defender.DLP is a player that sits deep and plays the ball up field and is creative.thanks, i've got one question. What's an anchor man ?? And what's a deep lying playmaker ? Ssorry for my english, i'm french.

Balotelli is an inside forward on the left.So he cuts inside and shoots with his right foot.
Not sure about the defenders.I usually just use Central defender defend and it works fine.

David silva makes a good advanced playmaker threw the middle.
Hmasik is also a good choice and christian eriksen also plays well there but his ca and pa change depending on the save and depending on the patch.

Sounds a bit mental to me but if it works, I play him in what I think is his best position as deep lying attack with occasionally setting him targetman to feet. Problem with Jo as a poacher is he tends to over dribble/have not alot of pace lol
Dzeko can play deep lying support as well, or targetman attack or even Complete forward support supply to feet with Tevez poacher
