What Roles and Duties Best suit my players?

I'm just gonna put my midfield/strikers down and see what you guys think as I'm not really sure what to do with them... In brackets is what they're currently set as. I'm Southampton and in the 2013/14 season in the Premiership:

LM - Adam Hlousek (Winger-Attack)
CM - Nigel Reo-Coker (Box-to-box midfielder-Support)
CM - Sulley Muntari (Ball-winning midfielder-Support)
RM - Harry Novillo (Winger-Attack)

ST - Nathan Delfouneso (Poacher-Attack)
ST - Kevin Doyle (Complete Forward-Support)

Also, some advanced individual instructions for each player would be nice, as I never set any as I never really know what to do.
 
Ched Evans for Sheffield United- he is playing as a striker by himself and i have an AML and AMR- what is best for them as well.

Im using 4312 with paloschi and muniain/lavezzi as my striker, muniain/lavezzi adv fwd and paloschi targetman attack with targetman supply instruction to feet but cant do any good. Do you know best instruction for them?
 
I have Steven Gerrard playing as a center mid next to Raul Meireles who has been brilliant as a Box to Box midfielder. SG is awesome behind the striker but it does not fit my tactic and can't seem to get the best out of him as a center mid, any ideas?
 
Could you tell me the best way to set out this Arsenal team? I'm a bit stumped with my players currently. As a team I'm doing well, but players are going from games where they get 8 rating to games where they get 5.

Could you choose my team and tactics from my squad please? 433 is my preferred.

GK: Ochoa

RB: Sagna
LB: Clichy
CB: Subotic
CB: Vermaelen
CB: Sakho

CM: Poli
CM: Fabregas
CM: Hamsik
CM: Ramsey

ST: Van Persie
ST: Chamakh

ST: Lavezzi


Then I've got Wilshere, Nasri, Djourou as back up players.

i put M'vila as my definsive midfielder waht role and duty?
and i have modric and VDV my CM i put VDV ad PM attack and modric cent midfielder support? is that good anyway thanks

M'Vila should be as he is. In a CM position, he could be either a Box-to-Box Midfielder, or Ball-Winning Midfielder on Defend.

  • De Rossi: Ball-Winning Midfielder, Defend/Box-to-Box Midfielder
  • De Jong: Ball-Winning Midfielder, Defend/Anchor Man
  • Neymar: Poacher/Trequartista, Deep-Lying Forward, Attack/Advanced Forward

Drogba - Target Man - Maybe SUPPORT because of the other 2 strikers.
Vagner Love - Complete or Advanced Forward on the right.
Giuseppe Rossi - Poacher on the left.

First of all I don't think Paloschi would be a good Target Man because of his low strength attribute but if it works keep it, and I would try them all and if one works good use it, if not just use mixed.
