What Roles and Duties suit my player?

please help with rooney i cant seem to get him scoring or playing well...
 
Cavani and Fernando Llorente

Hi.
I am managing Napoli, using Gyro Diamond tactics 4-1-2-1-2 with wing backs , where forwards play as Advanced forward (Edison Cavani) and Trequarista ( Goran Pandev) I manged to sign on free Fernando Llorente and i dont know what role should I choose for forwards as both of them are world class finishers.

What role should I play Lewandowski ?
I tried him Deep lying forward(as this is suggested by my scouts) even poacher but his numbers are not satisfying ..
Dortmund first season in my save ..

Neymar... Do I use as AML or CF (alone)?
I'm Arsenal with single CF, 2 wingers, 1 AMC, 2 CM, standard defensive line up

if you put him as AML, play him as inside forward.

if you put him as CF, play as trequardista, or poacher, if you already has an AMC as "trequardista".

I play my third season with Wolves and Fletcher was developed into a BEAST!! I played him as a target man beside a poacher and above 2 inside forwards, and I don't have any complains, but is there any chance he can get even better with a different role? My assistant says he should be trequestita (sorry I don't know how to write it, I'm not English :) ), will it work?
