What Roles and Duty's best suit my players?

Hi, i'm currently playing Man Utd with formation 4-3-1-2 (similar to what Inter usually play in the games) and the following are my ideal starting XI:

Any suggestion on what role and duty i should give to my player? If can, advice me on my other player also. (Evans on DC, Anderson on MC, Gourcuff on AMC and Berbatov on ST)

By the way, i saw many people posting about using rigid as the philosophy, but i personally favor fluid. Any comment on the philosophy?

Another question, short or direct passing style. Can anyone suggest which one is more suitable for my team?

Just for your information, I'm currently playing a fluid philosophy with direct passing, pressing more and quiet high defense line and other set to default. Any comment on that?

im new here and i have a huge doubt,
I have Jelle Vossen on Newcastle, but he has high attributes but he sucks basickly how can i make the best of him? what role do you guys suggest? I use Kadlec/ Vossen or Kadlec/ Jay Rodriguez. What role do you suggest for jay rodriguez?
