QPR Tactic?

Would you like to tell us what players you have? Different tactics work with different players. For example a short passing tactic won't work with a team full of players who can't pass. Without knowing your players, could recommend every single tactic there is. More detail is needed

finished off my first season 12th started off the season great. Mid season my performances droped then i won my last 7 games but the mid season slump effected my overall position loads.

I have a small set of 3 versions that should be enough for Barca.

1-Attack - Flat 4: 2MC-AMR, AMCright( use a playmaking AMC), AML - FCleft
2.Standard, the same formation
3, Cautious- The AMR/L is now MR/L.

Ok. Download the set "4231 No TM" in my thread.

Use the version 5.Balanced as your Standard version. Tweak it like below

Attacking:

• Add some more width,
  2nd​
  notch of Wide
• Untick​

  Counter box​
• Focus​

  passing now set to mixed​
• Raise Team mentality by 2 notches
• Raise D-line,
  2nd​
  notch of Pushed up

Cautious

• Lower tempo to last notch of slow
• Lower d-line to 3:rd notch of normal
• Decrease width to match the d-line
• Remove all
  fwruns​
  on the midfielders( i.e, set back arrow on all 5)
• Counter box....your choice,

need a tactic for A.C Milan, first season. dont plan on buying new players until next season, potentially ramos and messi.
I prefer attacking play but will play defensive due to the age of the team.

Help with Vålerenga?

Hi!

I need some help with the team Vålerenga IF from Norway. Now, I won be very surprised if there are no one out there who are familiar with this team, but if you are there, please give me a hand.

I usually play in a 4-4-2 or a 4-2-2-2 (offensive wings). I prefer a fast paced game with a big focus on crosses. My problem is not that I'm not winning matches (because I am - 2nd in the league), but the fact that nearly every game is on a knife's edge. I dont think I have ever had a single game where I acctually felt like I'm was going to win it.

By the way, does anyone feel like it's a bit annoying when winning 2-0 gives you an "approval rating" of 55%, but playing 1-1 gives you about 30%? I once managed Hull and played a draw against Chelsea; the board kept the "very dissapointing" game hanging over me nearly the rest of the season. :S

Formation
I would like a formation where i score goals mainly from my strikers. Alot of formations I have tried seem too reliant on corners (Piranha's had Rio score 4 headers all from corners!).

I would like Vukcevic or Diego in an AMC position because they are such good players, plus the AMC position means my skillful player can provide the passes to the strikers.

I only have 1 tall striker who is good in the air so it might be best to have any wide players rarely crossing?

If you could come up with a formation to suit my players/needs, that'd be great!

Well I need a tactics for Telford. I managed to get them to League 2 from Blue square. I used the tactics below. Well I think my team is playin well, but the tactics is counter atacking minded. I would like to change that, but need help to choose a tactic.

I like that my team is creating chances, is a threat on the wings and the middle.
What would you recomend?

Personally from my point of view.. I think your leaving too much space in the midfield. Try and play through the middle a bit more instead of out wide. With the CB and RB i think you should just give them a bit more time to settle. My suggestion for that is use a defensive midfielder but dont play to wide.

Thats just my opinion. Looks like the best option if your on a losing streak.
