He means that you are sucking up to him

I like to be a vicious manager i remember one time i was man utd and my assistant was asked in a press conference who would win the league he said arsenal so i sacked him rofl i used to love it when you could fine players for annnouncing to the public they wanted to go to another team think it was fm2008 you could fine them for unprofessional behaviour

Personally I like a standard 4-4-2 - short passing, quick tempo, using the wings alot. Need a top rate defence but otherwise I'll concede about 0.7 goals a game and score about 2.1

I like to have a strong midfield and defend when i have to. kinda like balancing both

I really get angry when my team concede and i'd rather be sound at the back then going crazy at the front. Abit like Martin O'Niel I suppose

I love using a sweeper with two main defenders in front and a DM the rest just play free flowing football with four in the middle and two up front.

I'd like to think I play a balanced but attacking game. Concede less but score a lot more. Hence I always play with a DM. Absolutely hate lone-striker formations & almost always play with wingers/inside forwards. Don't like narrow formations

I like to play for the win even if I'm expected to loose by a large margin. Tho I will play to my strengths and if that is my defence then I will counter.

I just look to control the game. But if I'm 1-0 up after about 70 minutes I get scared and go defensive XD

Iv always wanted to attack like crazy and be one of these teams that can destroy people XD
but never seem to get it right, always inherit a leaky defence! :$
so i play a much more balanced style to keep the back door closed :)

I seem to favour traditional english 4-4-2 as its what iv always known!

i buy way too many players and end up with as many reserves as first team players XD
although im working on it ;)

I like to be a good attacking side with a solid defence.

I like to stamp my authority on the team and buy my own staff and players.

I don't like to spend unless I have to and I like to buy players for the future. :)

I try to be solid at the back and let the forwards go for it, with arsenal i play
v.Persie
Nasri Arshavin
Fabregas
Song Matuidi
Clichy Gallas Vermaelan Richards
Hart

This is a very solid team with 7 defensive minded players and still the quality to score lots of goals, but it does need a 25 goal a season striker.
I may upload this tactic if some other people have success with it.

**** that formation didnt really work, its basically 4-2dm-1cm-2amrl-1
