What about transfers do you bring in young players with potential or already acoommplished players I buy a lot of young players that I play in the reserve or first team and 22-28 who make up the team
at the moment I'm Exeter in the championship have a average first team age of 21 who have nearly won the league in my first season in that division and my first 11 are worth over 30 million

Lolz i prefer to buy lukaku muniain and neymar and bump them into U18s just so i win the U18s League Lol im so competitive

I am usually an attacking type of manager, but like any good manager, the foundation of my side is a solid defence. And I always have a more defensive tactic if I need it.

If my players are playing bad, I get them to perform by telling them, if they lose, Lennie Henry will come over and **** them.

Being attacking or defending depends fully on the standard of the opposition. If I've got better players than most of the league an attacking formation is usually better, and if I get a team up to the Prem then I go for a defensive formation. I rarely interact with players out of laziness.

Out of interest, does anyone else but me find attacking players easier to sign as I feel there are more of them when I look for who's interested in signing?

I play a 4-2-3-1 counter attacking game usually and i aim to control the flow of the game, if your passing is below 10, you dont play in my team, im a very rude man and i dont take late excuses to training, with kidderminster i play 4-1-2-1-2 with a direct passing but i change the strategy between games, control is the best imo

Surely most players in your Kidderminster team will have passing below 10 ??

lolz what if you get a wonderkid and all his stats are 20 but his passing is 9

its your loss

Attack from the off type of manager who buys foriegn players, and has home-grown player so his team complies with the rules of the EPL. Attack against the giants and the minnows. But I make sure my defenders are tall, strong and have decent pace.

i suppose ive changed really i am still quite attacking and i like a nice flowing 4-4-2 with pacy Winger and a solid Defence I also have noticed that I become easily bored at clubs, maybe like Kevin Keegan as well?

I'm a 4-1-2-1-2 guy or a 4-3-3. I like my teams to play attractive football but also sturdy at the back.

For me,it's all about possessing a good, solid defence with a reliable goalkeeper that can put on a world-class performance when needed,as well as a strong holding midfielder and then a box-to-box who generally goes forward and comes back when needed. It's all about all-round play for me.

A solid defence, tight midfield and possibly just a tall, strong lone striker.I tend to play the 4-1-4-1 but my favourite formation would be the 4-3-3 with wingers.Having three different kinds of midfielders gives it that sort of balance for me and I usually like playing it with Manchester United or Arsenal,or even in my current save/story,Standard de Liege in Belgium.

Not the best at transfers though,I never really find a play that suits, what could be said,my high standards.I can find the right attributes to fit the player but never the player that fits the attributes themselves and sometimes end up buying nobody in order to strengthen my squad.

I would call myself a defensive manager, rather than attacking, but I am knowledgable in how to attack effectively.
