Which countries produces the best regens?

It depends what country your playing in. If you are in Turkey, then they will have the best regens, as there will be more. If you are in England with only England loaded, England will have the best regens.

This does not always apply, but it usually does. In the game, Italy of France usually produce one or two players who have the potential to be the best in the world, but Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, Man City ect. might have 5 avarage players that could make it in a mid table prem team, so it depends on what aspect you are looking at.

Otherwis, I look to Brazil and Argentina. They usually have 14/15 year olds who are worth 600k+.

definitely argentina and brazil. I chose Argentina, because at the moment in which you start the game the argentinian youngsters are a little bit better than the brazilian. Of course brazil has some great players like Neymar, Ganso, Lucas... but Argentina has more quantity I think. But that is only my point of view. Later in the game there will be much more good brazilian youngsters

for some reason whenever i see isreali regens, they are normally pretty good.

i found mainly brazil and portugal are bringing out a few good regens, england usually has 1 or 2 world class ones and argentina. Also noticed a lot of good french players but its worth noting most aren't regens

Back on topic, I've heard great things about French regens, but the absolute best I've ever gotten was a Turkish player, I THINK his name was Serhat Baris, he was a striker and he cost me over $20 mil, but he was ******* worth it, scored at least once every game.
