i hear a lot about about Argentine regens on this site but i have Arg prem loaded and have seen nothing special in 7 seasons

bar far the two best regens in my game are both Russian strikers but other Russian regens are awful, for consistency it has to be Spain and Brazil

I think it depends really. Although on most saves I have had Brazil create a LOT of great regens and they still dominate 30 years into the future. Brazil definatly top.

You'd be surprised, but Cyprus produce some crackers. But in General, it's usually Brazil or Argentina.
