I recommend Southampton. They have quite a number of good youth in the lower league.
 
hey guys, heres my scenario.
i have loaded up a large database consisting of (england, scotland, france, germany, holland, italy, portugal and spain)

i want to manage a big team but not too big. basically i am looking for a team who has been underachiving the last few seasons and it would be difficult to win the league.

in summary, a team who should win the title but always fall short.

liverpool. Ath madrid. Sporting, Lyon, AC millan. Juve. Roma

Looking for a team that in a mid to bottom Premiership team. I used to play Man City regularly on FM 07 and 08, but now at 2010 its a higher team when I prefer to start with a struggling team. I was thinking perhaps Wigan, but I'm open to any suggestions. :)

Challenge: Good side that can get in top 4 and could challenge for the title (but not a top team)
Budget: At least £8M, with hardly any debt
Facilities: Dont mind
Stadium: At least 30,000

A team from a country like Denmark,Norway,holland,portugal,scotland Etc. One that's in ANY european competition.Any transfer,facilites,status Etc.

budget: at least 10 million
challenge: 4-8th in the league that can be turned into a title winning team
