Looking for a team in any of the upper European leagues (e.g. EPL or Championship, Serie A/B, etc.) that is predicted to finish outside the top slots but has decent finances and facilities yet doesn't have a lot of tied up baggage on players/staff you will want to fire (long, expensive contracts). Was thinking Werder Bremen but wanted to get some other opinions in here.
