Werder Bremen, Schalke 04, Hoffenheim, Sevilla, Valencia, Toulouse, Saint Etienne, PSG ..

Bordeaux, Feyenoord, Villarreal, Athletic Bilabau(they are quite a mistery to me, but they do well in La Liga), Sttutgart, Wofsburg, PSV, Dortmund(quite a challenge)

I'm looking for the club with the highest available transfer budge in FM 2010. Is Man. City that team? Or does anyone know one with more budget?

Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United, In spain, both real madrid and barcelona start low on cash, but in december its increased beyond 40M I think ! In Italy you have to wait till the second season to have large amounts of money. But Napoli, Genoa have some good money to start with ..

if you dont mind playing outside of the big leagues give Odense Boldklub or Fc Kobenhavn from the Danish league a look! a few players from each team that have had big club experience, both with ok budgets in a fairly enjoyable and competive league :)

Man city , Qpr , tottenham , birmingham , benfica , Fiorentina , valencia , sevilla , villareal , atletico madrid , lyon , marseille , saint ettiene , marseille , rc lens
 
Country: Any league in Europe other then England
League: Top Division (team in the lower half of the league)
Budget: 4/5+ million
Facilities: At least average
Stadium: No rent

Villa get about 25 mil I think and they are a good team to manage
