High reputation league, low reputation club. Struggling to get into FM at the moment. Also, a foreign club. Any recommendations? Cheers.

When I pick a lower league I pay attention to two things: Debt and current stadium. Debt is a bad one... in the off chance you don't make it up the ladder you generally don't have the means to pay it off. Stadium needs to have a good capacity as well as possible expansion capacity. A small stadium will only take you so far. A larger one will attract a larger fanbase, not to mention if you're lucky to play one of the big teams as a little team, you'll get full capacity cause everyone wants to see the big team.

Mike look at some clubs in the competitions you would like to manage in, then take on the relegation canidates.

Almeia, Zaragoza, Betis, Monaco, Grenoble, Freiburg, Nurnberg, Genoa.

Looking for a team in the Coca-Cola championship, with a decent-good chance of promotion immediately.

Decent-to-good stadium or the ability to expand.

Preferably not Newcastle.

Suggestions?

Cheers!

Do those teams have big enough stadiums/fanbases to allow significant future growth? - e.g. to become future premier league champions
