budget? reputation? facilities? be more specific

i quite like aston villa, not a great budget but good players and fairly challenging

serbia, mexico, ivory coast? none of these would expect miricles but all have fairly good squads. (although ivory coast may expect you to do well in the african cup of nations, not sure)
 
Em, maybe just trying to acieve mi table wig a low budget

League: Top League
Budget: 10m+
Position: Not a top 4 side
Facilities: Good Youth academy
Stadium: 25k+
Databse: 10.3
Preferably a team that could enjoy a good cup run and perhaps qualify for europe in 1st season at a push

Budget: Something modest, not massive
Facilities: Dont mind, just want a good youth team.

I want a team with good potential that haven't been successful.

I'm looking for a club with a squad that can play in a 3-5-2 formation. I obviously want to improve the squad and club over time but I want to be able to play this formation from day one.

One in Europe and European Comp
Preferiably not a major country
Decent team - possible of top 3 domestic finish, and quaters in Uefa Cup Etc
Preferiably good youth team

Sunderland maybe? you need a good DM near Cana and a good AMC insted of richardson. intereting formation mate!

Very new to FM.

Looking for a team with the highest transfer budget to start with as I'd like to buy some players and build my own team.

I know Man City has a high one, but are they the highest?

Using the 10.3 database.



Also, is there a more popular/updated database most people use? Any info/help would be fantastic.
