not 100% sure but i think german pacheco gets 20 finishing after a few seasons :\

His improvement seems to vary greatly from game to game, but the one time I had him he turned into a great player, and yes had the rare combination of 20 finishing/20 composure which made him very deadly.

Another guy with very high stats is Diego, maybe the best for any AMC.
