He plays for my team Swindon Town now didn't he used to play for Newcastle? he's been injured far to much since he's been here though and he's only played about twice

Thats not right, no way on earth cristiano ronaldo is the fastest hes fast yes but not the fastest. If someone like lennon or theo had a 100m sprint with him he would get smashed.
Yh i seen that aswell, tho i dont think hes actually faster than carlos just that one moment where mendy had the upper hand as he was already in a starting positon ready to run where as carlos was like..erm i think its called 'Jockying'? where a player doesnt commit to a tackle and lets the player have abit of freedom and lets the player make the first move so carlos basically knows what mendy's going to do put the ball behind him and try out pace him which he did. Only downfall when your jockying is that you need to get your body shape correct so that when the player tries to get behind you the defender can quickly turn and pick up speed where as carlos got it all wrong.
He did get ripped tho but its just a typical mistake a defender makes.

long and short though we will never know the fastest player unless they actually have a proper race becuas eyou cn never show your real speed during a real game of football.so this is all speculation nike should organise a proper foot race and the winner takes on bolt to see if bolt is as fast as he thinks

dont compare footballers to usain bolt ***** hes the fastest man in the world and holds a world record for a reason hes an ATHELETE RUNNER not a footballer on the planet would keep up with him remember when bolt beat the record he was running into a headwind and he stopped to pose at the end he could have had 8.9 or something c ronaldo is fast but no where near the fastest until ronaldo beats every man on the face of the earth he isnt the fastest footballer at all
