Who Should I Buy/Sell?

I'm newcastle just recentley got the game my budget is tiny had a good run of 20 games without defeat now look's like going pete tong any advice who i can buy or get on loan??? currently only signings made are Macada (season loan) Vela (Season loan) Borini (3mth loan) Spearing (3mth loan) De Laet (season loan) but need some extra faces for push to the premiership.

Kadlec backing them up....any idea on a good Target man/complete forward that i can use to back up Lukaku (he has bad Stamina), and I would need a reliable back-up, im about to enter the 2014/2015 season money is not an issue @ all, Milevsky has recently signed an extension he was my first target,

im thinking gignac any other ideas...any possible strikers who may be old in the game that i might be overlooking

Looking for a decent young right back (Less that 20) as cover for Glen Johnson but to hopefully grow and take his position. I'm in the first season as Liverpool and currently have £12 million. (I sold a few and adjusted the budget)

Any recommendations?

Southampton, pre-season 13/14. Looking for an AML. Currently have Zezinho who has done well but I'm looking for someone as good as Weiss is for me on the right. Need an MC (deep-lying playmaker) so I'm looking at Poli but might have to break the bank. Is he worth it?

My XI as it stands is (4-2-3-1):

GK: Loach (trying to get Smithies but he's at Chelsea and they won't sell even though he's in the ressies)
DR: Aurier (Degen actualy did a good job standing in as Aurier is inconsistent)
DL: Dodo (see above but for Degen read Wayne Bridge)
DC: Shawcross (a coup- was at United but O'Neill is their manager now and sold him to me after I befriended him)
DC: Addison (My assistant Ayestarian doesn't fancy him but he's been quality)
MC: Schneiderlin (Tried to replace him with M'Vila, who couldn't settle)
MC: James Rodrigues
AMR: Weiss
AMC: Lallana (have tried Naingollan in there but Lallana must have hidden stats or something, he's class)
AML: Zezinho
ST: Lukaku (Injury prone but brilliant- only sub is Cristaldo who is good but isn't as effective playing up on his own)

Any other suggestions welcome.

If he's been playing in reserves up til now its probably too late to get smithies. have you got a screenie? try unsettling him in the media.

Amusingly I got him becuase I'm in the CL and City aren't. If only life would imitate FM... I've got Areola coming through but he's not quite ready yet. Smithies will do me for now. Poli has arrived too. Luisma looks like he might come on the cheap to.

For that kind of money all I can think of is Alphonse Areola. If not try Guilherme from Botafogo (Brasil). Also try the Chelsea reverves and under 18s. Seem to remember 2 or 3 decent keepers there but can't remember their names.

Post a screenshot of your best first eleven and we will tell you what positions to power-up. All I can say now is: use Ebanks-Blake. Whenever I'm some EPL team he causes me problems when I play against Wolves. So Ebanks-Blake and Lukaku should be your attack.
