None of the above would join, couldnt get renan for £6m either..... any other suggestions?
 
Hey (new on the forum).

I'm currently managing Man City and this is my Squad:

DC: Kolo Touré

DMC: Gareth Barry

AMC: Robinho
ST: Van Nistelrooy
ST: Tevez
ST: Dzeko

I need 2 very good DCs and 2 very good CMs, any suggestions?

I have about 40 Mil to spend.

srna is brilliant i have been monitoring him at mo but unfortiunittly managing burnley and only have 7 million but may get a better job soon so buy srna or ashley cole
 
if you have gone as far as playing FM2010 reaching the year 2035( like me) you can see quality players like Clement Labat and Nathan Pereira who are fabulous players from France.there are a lot other players but if u can, check these two out( i.e if you are in the year 2035!!!)

Sergi, Verratti, James Rodriguez, Marko Livaja, Artur Kas'kov, Muniesa, Kryvtsov, Kadlec, Lukaku, Yaya Sanogo, Camacho (you can get him on a free).
 
Just wanted any advice really. Managing Man Utd, just started third season and wondered if at January or even next for next summer transfer window what to do. Have won the prem twice in a row, will probably win this season but Man City are putting up more and more of a threat each year. My main 11 - Rooney, Villa strikers, Tosic left wing, Valencia right wing, Anderson and Fletcher in midfield, Evra left back, Ferdinand and Vidic Cbs, Srna right back, Adler in goal. Bench is Akinfeev, Gibbs, O'shea, Otamendi/Evans, Carrick, Ji-sung park, Berbatov/Lukaku. Gibson, Macheda, Verratti, Shelvey are a few notable people not in the matchday squad. I think I just made a bad decision in buying gibbs from arsenal for 34m....Lol don't get too mad ^^ but hope he can be long term successor to evra. Any thoughts?? P.S I'm using patch 10.3, haven't edited a thing. I play a 4-2-4 with flat back line, 2 cms, 2 attacking wingers and 2 strikers.

2nd James Rodriguez, i signed before in the Championship and he was qaulity.

Will Lukaku join a Championship team? If so then defo buy him aswell. :)

Tomas Cerny from Hamilton is a top keeper for the Championship. [20 at reflexes]
Can get him for around 400k. You might have to wait untill January though if your using the 10.3 database.

If your using an update with player cleansing then you can sign him from the start of the game.
