I'd say these are the lesser known one's....but a good base to look for attackers is the dribbling and first touch, if you work from there it should be pretty easy.
Nacer Barazite from Arsenal, I find best way to get him, is get him on loan with initial £500k loan fee with option to buy for around £3.5 million. Then depending on how he does for you buy him. He always does good for me though.
Gaél Kakuta from Chelsea is also a great buy.
Another from Chelsea is Philipp Prosenik, hasn't got best stat's but get's better, only 16 at start of game.
