Truth be told, the title of greatest ever player was probably a bit too much credit. However, no one would surely deny Maradona was the best ever dribbler of the bal. He proved as much, when he scored what was arguably the greatest ever World Cup goal in 1986.

In my opinion, Zidane, Maradona, Cruyff, Fat Ronaldo,Eusébio, best defender Maldini, best goalkepper Buffon.

As in current players, I think Messi has the potential to be the best ever.

And don't get the love about Péle, never played in europe, he scored alot of goals in brasil, a weak-ish league, and the goals he scored in the army team also counted as official goals --' yeah he played well in world cups, with a team full of stars too, he probably got the best generation of players that brazil ever produced, of course he's a good player, but can't be compared to many of the all time greats.
