Try Linfield in Northern Ireland, hmm actually, i think i've just inspired myself :L
 
download the lower leagues
and join the team with the lowest media prediction
 
Try some bad Andorran/Maltese/Lichtensteiner/Luxembourger team. Now that's a real challenge.

ive just uploaded the Azerbaijan, montenegro, egypt, Andorra, new zealand, uzbek and Faroese leagues lol

any suggestions on who to go in those leagues...was thinking Zamalek
 
you could download a database which has the 'Northern Premier League Division 1 North'... yeah its confusing.. but Durham City FC...

last season they finished with 0 points from 38 games, despite winning 2 games they were deducted 6 points for fielding a player under a false name, whilst he was suspended for another clubXD
 
Zamalek is a pretty good team in egypt, but I think in Azerbaijan you can find a really good challenge
