I use ribery the left and robben on the right side it funger wonderful for me
 
it should just say I have not update my game to the new opdate may therefore
 
Let me check how tactics works on 15.1.4 and get back after full next online season
with some tweaks if needed.
In the meantime try Lower tempo on Home tactic.
 
still works for me on the new patch (A) home attack version...

still working fine in 2nd season with United... destroyed City 5-1, Inter 6-1...
 
Great tactic here mate. The home version got leaky for me after the latest update, but away tactic is still intact with consistent attacking performance.
 
My first season with Southampton. Lost the title in the last strech. :'( Used mostly the home tactic. Even in away games. Losing the title really ****** me off but going to try this for next season as well. Scored insanely but also conceded far too many goals. Would much rather win by 2-0 than 5-3.

Very impressive. With Southampton 1 Season ? Very nice. Its a pity that you didnt use Away tac on away matches. Home tac is very offensive (to offensive Away against good opponents I think) and you need more balanced style away. That's why you conceded to many goals.
Touchline Team Talks are also very important on FM15 and they really help to keep clean sheet.
Its realy hard to get balanced defense/offense 4231 formation on Away matches. Im still working at this.

Managed to get Newcastle to 3rd in the Premier League using your tactics mate well done! Now to see how this works on the new patch
 
I'm gunna get this going on my Leeds united save. I've got an epic team for the championship after a massive overhaul in preseason. Martin Oldegaard in the CAM would be awsome!

Southampton is nice. There is already a good midfield and wingers and you get lots of transfer money. :D Not "top dollar" but enough to strenghten the team with some pretty good players. And if you play well you get more for January transfer window.

I started to get better results against the top teams with the home tactic and a high defence line ("attack is the best defence") so I quess I used it too much. The lower teams "parked the bus" and played long ball. Didnt approach some matches with the needed patience. ;) The biggest gripe was that I couldnt beat ManU's 4-3CM-1AM-2. Got a tie at home and lost 3 (away game + FA & LC). Also my scoring suddenly stopped around January/Fenruary and the team played some furiating ties and losses even with crazy amount of chances. Before that I was well on my way to winning the title!

I just didnt get the offensive results with the away tactic but also maybe didnt give it enough chances. I tried a bit to balance the 4-2-3-1 by playing Vanyama as the central midfielder/ball winning midfielder and maybe in a defending duty.

(Aaaaand I still cant stop playing when get angry because I tie or lose a game I should have won. And then starts the "f*ck it" -playing and then the only way is down.... :'( )

I need help changing my budget it just wont let me I have 40 million to spend but no wages and when I go to change it on the sliding bar it wont let me!!! Please help me!!!

Hi mate, sorry to be a pain and I know you are busy but I had to bump my last post, any ideas?:-

Tactic has been working well with my Rangers side but towards the end of the first season I've dawn 3 of the last 6 games 2-2.

Tying to give the "Concentrate" sideline talk after taking a 1-0 lead but the opposition seem to score before the tactical changes are applied.

And in those 3 games our shots have been:

Rangers (14/6 on target) Vs Raith Rovers (7/2 on target) (away)
Rangers (17/3 on target) Vs Alloa (12/7 on target) (away)
Rangers (26/15 on target) Vs Livingston (7/6 on target) (home)

Seem to be wasting a lot of shots on goal or a less than 50% rate of hitting the target, any ideas how I could improve on this?
 
The tactic doesnt seem to be working anymore... I'm not sure if it is the new patch or what. But after few good games my second season is slowly but surely going to ****! :(
