is there anyway to get ths working on FMC since ur only allowed one tactic and cant see how fluid in training
Fluid doesn't matter in FMC. Just use home at home and away at away. You can change tactics as often as you want

Well... I tried this tactic, and its ******* awfull, doesnt work for ****. Used it with my United save, since it seems to fit united so well, and its rubbish.

Now I saw someone already calling the save/load strategy out on you and the oter guy with good results and dont get me wrong, not saying its true. But I cant imagine that you go unbeaten 2 seasons while I struggle to win at home from ******* WBA. I did everything that has been said in the OP.

Now Either rooney as F9 is crucial for this tactic or it just doesnt work for ****.

Sorry for the way I put it, but this whole game, is just getting more frustrating every **** day. Never thought FM could get this bad.

I did not save/load and broke Prem point record, won UCL & FA Cup etc.

Rooney as F9 not essential; RVP, Welbz and even Henriquez, Kagawa & Januzaj can perform there (I think RVP as F9 and Hernandez as CF might be best).

West Brom actually beat me home and away so don't throw your toys out your cot just yet. Have you tried with the D-Line change? Are you using a team of backups/out of position, what is morale like?

Good point is made earlier in this topic with the PPMs you say wingers cut inside yet ask for right foot on right side and left foot on left side why is this? Starting some PPM training on my youth team players

going well so far, main source of goals is corners, strikers arent scoring. using Rooney/RVP

Out of interest, if you recommend having left footed wingers and right footed on matching sides, with good crossing, why recommend teaching the instruction: cut inside rather than hugs the touchline?

Yup, seems my question wasn't spotted. It also coincides with the wingers instructions to stay wider.

Been using your tactic with my Maribor team with a couple of edits, switch it to a diamond midfield in order to better fit my team until players are retrained. Its been brilliant none the less, just rolling over opponents in the league. Tomas Necid has been great in the Complete Forward role and the False 9 role has rejuvenated the aging Marcos Tavares (just had a match with 3 goals and 3 assists).

Started using it at the winter break last season, haven't lost since.

Great work. Can't wait to see how it does for me in the Champions League.

Well according to my opinion every good winger should have "cut inside" PPM to be versatile in attack.
However you may be right that this specify PPM is not the first that youngsters should train for THIS SPECIFY tactic.
I will delete it from my OP.

Sorry xper, might have missed some info, but this version is used in which scenario?

You can use it at home if you feel that origin home tac is not stable in defense for your team.
Origin home tac is much more aggressive, pushes an opponent on their half but carries risks of quick counter or successive long pass behind your defense line. I say this tac should be used by teams with very good defenders and good team fluid.
Tweaked home tac is toned, not so much dangerous in attack but with normal d-line is much stable in defense.
Decide for yourself which is better for you.

Since Im a big united fan, I decided to continue the save, and the first season. I lost in the quarter finals of CL, and ended up 9th in the PRM. With this tactic.

But everything picked up for me in the 2nd season. I still use the same squad, same staff, same match prep and everything but now I actually get the same results other people do.

So I owe xPer an apolgy, I was kinda led by emotions. Since I havent been able to enjoy a single fm game so far, and had skyhigh hopes for this tactic to change that. So when it didnt I was very very dissapointed.

But right now all I can say is WOW. I dont know why it took a whole season for my squad to get used to it or whatever the reason was it didnt work in my first season. But the second season is going great. In december now, and back on top of the table. Still going unbeaten.

So again owe you an apology xPer, I should not have posted that post when my emotions got the better of me. And for the people who think this tactic doesnt work: Give it a chance and play atleast 2 seasons to get the results.

PS. Sorry for the wall of text :3

Im sure its all about pre-season and your team fluid. Be sure to set up pre-season Team Training like on my SS on post #1.
Minimum 9 friendly games played with hole team (rotation). After last update players are often tired during pre-season (orange icon) - let them rest (send them on vacation) and don't play tired players on friendly games.
Team fluid - your team cohesive. If there are new players the hole team need sometimes 2 seasons to become fully fluid. It's about how players feel at the club. If there are any conflicts (talk with captain). Even their know the language is important. There is so much small things that really do differences.
Then during the season is all about team motivation, squad rotation and all other things that just as important as a good tactic.
Im glad that tactic finally start work for you :)
Sorry that I sound like freakin GURU which Im not - its just my game experience.

p.s. apology not needed - Im always open for constructive criticism

Do you ever find when your wingers have cut inside, they instead cut inside and pass or shoot rather than cross? This is what I seem to notice in the match engine. I think to have a mix ill leave my wingers without any specific cut inside or hug touchline instruction, but I think if each winger had good crossing and the ppm to hug touchline, the centre forward may get a few more goals.

I've had good success with the original tactic at home, but I think that may be because I am well in to the game and have the best players. Have you found the newer version to score any less goals?

View attachment 433807Ferdinand and Welbeck have been great.

Edit: how Oxford scored 3 against me i do not know XD
Edit2: 20 games unbeaten just got cheev for it!

Started using the home and away tactics with my struggling Arsenal game mid first season. Good results so far including 3-1 home win v Real Madrid (away leg to come) 442 seems to be the way to go in this version of FM. Just a quick question should i be using the home tweak instead of original home tactic? which has served me well so far. whats the difference?

bergy_404 I wrote about tweak tac on post #391 ;)

Had a great first season with this tactic (original home version, not tweaked). 31 Games unbeaten League Champions, League Cup, Runners up Champions League & FA Cup. So unlucky in those finals! Oh well, here's to another season trying to improve my squad.

Whats slightly annnoying is I cant find any BWM regens with aggression and bravery.
