teamtalks are the same as zyndars as are OI's.mcr to take corners yes
training is flexible,i train fb's as wingbacks,cm's as bbm and the rest is down to your preference.check out falchion v3 recommended setups mate
 
Hannibal v4 is best by far for me aris salonica greek superleague at year 2028 . last was using reaver but this tactic provide better results and having assists from all players. Really great

im using my tweaked version of falchion v3(post 292)but the original is great too mate.i just find my tweaks are a little better my mk dons side.Played my first championship match and beat huddersfield 3-0 away comfortably despite having an average squad

alright. did you also test hannibal v4? started a new save with RB Leipzig, just playing with hannibal so far, but maybe its worth switching to the tweaked version of falchion.

no i havent tried hannibal as of yet

anyone noticed that "counter" works better than "standard" ??
 
The Hannibal tactic doesnt really work for me yet. The friendly games were pretty good, but in the first five games of the season, i have only won 1 game. I am playing with Celta Vigo, and the tactic is fully fluid..

As you can see, i won pretty much everything in the friendlies, but the season has started horrific, and the players were pretty happy before the season started.. I haven't changed anything in the tactic :(
 
Just wanted to state my thanks for producing a wonderful tactic which brought back my joy in FM 17.
I started using Hannibal V4 with my Lierse squad (second division in Belgium, fairly average squad), but decided to change to Falchion in December. Since then, the ball really started rolling. Hannibal was a decent tactic, but difficult to score goals with. With Falchion, there's an even better balance between defending and attacking and we scored lots of goals, even with fairly poor players.

I promoted to the first division with no problems and won my first three games, despite having absolutely no budget and with arguably an even weaker squad than the season before. Including a 6-1 monster victory over Standard, who are definitely a top-6 team in Belgium. So Falchion is really a blessing. I wonder how far I'll get with this team!

Lots of opportunities to shine for the wingbacks and the strikers. Overall a really good tactic with great balance. Thanks Zyndar!

By the way. Can you recommand some wingers for At.Madrid?
Will the right winger be right foot or left foot?

will try the new falchion for sure,will put it into a tactic slot straight away and use for cup games until fluid.nice work zyndar
 
Hi Folks,

the previously mentioned optional setting, namely the 'Roam from position' instruction for the F9s is now built in to V4, so I uploaded the correct V4. This is the only difference between this and the earlier file.

Notes

- In Advanced Playmaker positions you can use Inside Forward type players or natural APs
- APs don't necessary to be opposite footed. Same applies for the IWBs
- Best corner taker should take the corners
- The amount of long shots might be relatively high in some matches, but don't worry about it and don't change the tactic
- Most of the goals are coming from through balls
