Can players CA have some sort of a fixed range, just like PA ? Cause, for Example, each time a load a save, Carlos Soler has somewhat of randomized technical stats. They are different at the start of each different save.

I'm thinking about starting a RB Leipzig save, given the current success of the team IRL. All though some of the players might have lower ratings than they would now if SI had to do an update, I was wondering, how well are the players like Timo Werner, Frosberg, and Selke d doing in your saves ...
