seems like it's not the same as 2009. For instance one coach I have with 20 GK does only give me 3.5 stars. Another GK coach with 15 GK also gives me 3.5 stars... the second one has 19 tactical which might have something to do with it. Can't wait until some1 takes time do to this research cause...

So is there a roundup of abilites needed to reach 5 star coaching? Cause I believe it's been changed from the 7 star coaching system in 2009. Haven't found anything for 2010 yet.

nah he didn't really play that well for me. To be fair he didn't really get to play many games. If you look closely I think I sold him the next season for about 2.5 mill profit.

hmm you are pretty close. I bought the both for 84 mill I'm pretty satisfied with my purchases. I'm on my 6th season now. here are my buys in screenshots. My only real dissapointment was Gabriel Obertan for 25 mills. He really didn't amount to anything.
