Same here mate.... Just finished my first season as Stevenage manager.... was doing well until Chirstmas, but then somehow the team all got injured (well mosto of them) and we ended up coming mid table!!
The only thing I would say is that you need to have paitence to be a LLM.... and enjoy...
I didn't feel I needed to improve most of the squad due to the talent in most of the positions but I have been searching and searching fro a right back but all the offers I made for any of hem got rejected! I did sell a couple of players though just to do boost the transfer fund.

right i have got that box come up and i have ticked the 'change' box but when i try to change the database, nothing comes up on the 'select...
what ive done is
1. downloded the database and winrar
2. put the file sin my archive and extracted them
3. put the file into my editor data file in my documents
4. gone on 'preferences on FM10 and ticked the 'always reload skin on confirm'
5. clicked start a new game. NO dialog box comes up to...
