everyone says change tactics blah blah but it never works i'm now 3-0 down at half time playing 5-4-1, i start the seasons with 4,5 straight wins then it goes down hill FAST!

i with havant and waterlooville and was going strong in the begining top after like 5 games and now after 10-15 im sitting about 3 places above the bottom. Anything i can do to start winning again?

i dont know what tactics to employ when its 0-0 or when i'm drawing whether to go for the win or when i'm losing. what does every else use and do you get success? also best formation to employ? thank you in advance x
