I'm Southampton manager and in 2.5 seasons he's scored 28 in 68 games. He has a PA of 4.5 and is dubbed 'the new Alan Shearer'. Looks like he could be a cracking player, especially since I've had Ricky Lambert and Robbie Keane tutor him over the past year.

Thanks. All my youth coaches are 19/20 working with youngsters, my training facilities are excellent, i've adapted my youth trainig schedules and my coaches are of a good standard. So it's just a case of sit back and wait?

I've seen this thread before. I just thought there wouldn't be a clash due to O'Brien listing Hammond as one of his favourite players, yet it was O'Brien who said he didn't want to be tutored

I have a really good prospect called Joey O'Brien (m c) who, although he lists Dean Hammond (m rc) as one of his favourite players, refuses to be tutored by him. I thought Dean Hammond would be a good tutor for him as he's an experienced player, club captain and one of his favoured players. Now...
